Chris and Amber’s small and intimate Canlis wedding was full of video games and fun! Chris has been a good friend of mine for a few years and when he met Amber it was obvious that they clicked. After a couple of years passed, his friends knew where things were headed. But Chris wanted his proposal to be everything Amber had dreamed of. What better place to propose than during a Caribbean vacation?
Chris and Amber LOVE to have fun, so they opted for a smaller family wedding to keep things low key and relaxed. Amber also is in the wedding industry and works at Off White Makeup and Hair. The rainy winter day began with Megan from Off White helping Amber prep for the day. Once Chris and Amber were fancied up, they met at the end of a dock on Lake Union: classic Seattle.
We had planned to have some time for mischief before the wedding, so we started by heading to Add-A-Ball Arcade. If you haven’t been, it’s a pretty epic place for classic arcade. But Chris wanted more, and what could be better than a wedding day visit with Santa? Nordstrom was kind enough to have Santa waiting for us so his dream could come true.
Lots, lots more went on that day, but I’ll let the photos speak.
